A tie rod consists of an inner (steering gear side) and outer (wheel side) ball joint. The two ball joints are linked by means of an adjusting thread, which allows adjustment of the wheel track. Optimum track adjustment improves straight-line driving and reduces wear and tear on tires.

1. What are your packages?
The standard SORTECH branded products are packed with brand plastic bags and/or boxes, then in carton boxes. However we provide products in neutral boxes or plastic bags as well. If you have extra requirements on customized package, make sure discuss with the sales representative for details.
2. What are your payment terms?
TT 50% deposit of product total is required to place order. Balance in full is due upon completion. Once the balance is paid, we will schedule delivery.
3. How about your delivery time?
In general, it takes 15 to 30 days after receiving your deposit. The accurate delivery time may vary on products and the quantities.
4. Can you produce according to the samples?
Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
5. What is your sample policy?
We can supply sample if we have stock, but our customer will have to pay the sample as well as the courier charges. We will return the sample cost in your future order.
